Role purpose

This project is a strategic convergence proposition. The proposition is designed around 3 core solutions that span Connectivity, Mobility and Telephony & Productivity that seek to combine powerful features into single technology packages.


The Delivery Coordinator’s team - own the onboarding/delivery experience for the Project customers.


To own and implement the Delivery, call flow and Go Live implementation for Project customers as part of the standard delivery model. Multiple projects running concurrently with an element of risk management. Responsible for customer and stakeholder management, including setting and managing expectations and confirming elements of the delivery.




Accountabilities, Competencies & KPI’s:
  • Are accountable to clients for the operational areas of Vodafone including Connectivity, Mobility& telephony, Productivity
  • Delivery of multiple enterprise customers requiring Project Apollo Solutions
  • Customer and stakeholder management
  • Identify, manage and report risks
  • Deliver best in class customer and stakeholder experience while maintaining - delivery timescales (Time to Deliver)
  • Produce call flow document fit for customers and manage sign off
  • Complete Go Live and all other associated activities for standard build using pre-defined LWI.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliveries at any one time
  • Accountable for managing between 8 - 12+ customer projects concurrently
  • Require good understanding of telecommunication domain & the customer requirements for call flow and sign. Off.
  • Driving Service improvement Ideas
  • Key to increasing overall customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Set correct expectations on the performance
  • Provide good-quality knowledge and information about Vodafone services to the customer

Business Expertise
  • Customer intimacy: Demonstrates an insight into the customer’s way of thinking.  Understand Customer viewpoint. Able to articulate the customer’s perspective in a straightforward way.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Setting Correct expectation and updating customer on every milestone of Project.
  • Negotiate timelines and resolve conflicts

  • Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Practical level of influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with key customer and operational support contacts sharing knowledge and best practice


Must have technical/professional qualifications:
  • Science Graduate / Bachelors and Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering
  • Excellent understand of Unified Communication and Converged Solutions
  • Excellent understanding of Security for MS 365
  • Project management, MS-Suit application
  • ITIL Foundation Certification, ITIL Service Lifecycle qualifications desirable
  • Desirable: PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma, APM
