The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in database development and performance tuning, specifically with Oracle and Postgres. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust database solutions while providing technical guidance and support.

Performance Optimization: Ability to performance tune SQLs, application programs, and instances.
Technical Assistance: Providing technical assistance, problem resolution, and troubleshooting.
Big Data Knowledge: Good to have hands-on experience with Spark.
AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS services such as AWS Glue and S3 is an added advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile processes and methodologies.
