• Experience in managing large scale BI projects, delivering dashboards at scale, managing distribution of the BI solutions at scale.
• Experience in estimating large scale BI projects.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into visualization and reporting requirements.
• Data Visualization Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced data-driven dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other visualization tools.
• BI Solutions Development: Develop and deliver BI solutions such as user-friendly dashboards and reports that provide insights and support decision-making.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and visualizations through thorough testing and quality assurance practices.
• Documentation: Document technical requirements, specifications, and solutions for reference and reporting purposes.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on new dashboards, reports, and BI tools.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with other teams to manage and prioritize projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data visualization needs and deliver solutions.
• Contributed to Data visualization principles and best practices e.g. standards, processes, and accelerators in BI projects.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• 6+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 4+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or 1+ years of work experience with a PhD degree
• Exposure to Financial Services/ Payments Industry
• Experience working in a team of data engineers.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Experience with wireframing and UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with big data tools: Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
