Title:
Responsibilities include:
Data & System Support;
Collation of data, which is relevant, consistent, transparent, accurate and complete, including the identification of an approach for data estimation to manage and maintain 100% coverage of data where gaps arise,
Deliver and maintain data upload into key systems, checking alignment and addressing data issues as they arrive,
Cleanse and take corrective action when data issues are identified, and ensure ongoing data alignment across systems,
Development of data procedures for data capture, comparison, and evaluation,
Development of data segmentation for business unit / category management scorecards for dashboard reporting,
Analysis, data sampling, data assessment to produce performance and compliance reports, including the development of graphical representations / models.
Development of a data improvement plans, compliance checks and Corporate Procurement contracts ‘file audits’ and other related data audit requirements e.g. validating conformance to procedures andpolicies,
Support /develop and maintain Nintex and power BI data files and dashboards, and assist with the creation of bespoke reports (requiring management of large data sets and some manual interrogation),
Maintain a tracker of priority actions and track data actions to completion,
Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience:
Proven ability in performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis and methodology development and demonstrated leadership.
Demonstrate skills in performing functional analyses of organizations, mission effectiveness, or business processes; and possess the ability to present complex issues in written and graphical forms, including excel and Power BI,
Experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis and methodology development,
Proven ability to provide analytical support or related/comparable experience with large /complex data sets,
Experience in analysis, evaluation and audit of data for external reporting, disclosure or assurance,
Prepare and maintain technical data, reports, documentation, and briefings,
Have good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail,
Have the ability to learn quickly, work as part of a team or independently, have a logical approach to problem solving and have an awareness of current business practices and an interest in the way organizational processes work.
Desired skills/experience:
Have a high level of technical expertise and broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming with excellent analytical skills including SQL, Oracle, Visual Basic, C++ and Java, Unified Modelling Language (UML), SAP & Costpoint business software applications, MS Dynamics, and web-based technologies,
Key experience should include: extensive use of spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization; use of decision support tools; development of databases and models; knowledge of statistical and operations research methods and tools; knowledge of SQL, R, Python, Tableau, SAP & Costpoint business software applications, MS Dynamics and other statistical and mathematical software;
Location/Travel Requirements:
Full-time/ Office based
Some travel may be required.
