- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile data from multiple sources and teams, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Strong analytical and business skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into intelligence and data analytics.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements.
- Ability to handle / execute complex reporting automation - data coming from various sources
- Identifying process gaps & automation opportunities
- Ability to handle work pressure without compromising on deliverables
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven expertise on Data Analysis
- Strong analytical thinking as well as problem solving skills; proven ability to apply quantitative data analysis techniques to improve work processes.
- Excellent Communication skills – experience is managing UK/US clients
- Data Visualization Tools – Tableau
- Proficient in writing SQL queries to fetch the required data from Data Warehouse, creating Views.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent attention to detail – ability to transform business need to data driven analytical use case.
- Experience working in an emerging and rapidly changing environment.
- Expertise in data extraction/manipulation when data is available in different tools/ platforms (SharePoint, CRM Tools, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines of deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure.
- Call Centre metrics knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
