Data Management Specialist II
As a Data Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for maintaining foundational HR System (HCM) data, supporting critical projects, and identifying and resolving data quality issues. Your expertise in data analysis and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of data quality across the organization.
You’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi or Bangalore location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that reliable and accurate data is available for decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth. Additionally, you will provide support during reorganization efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity throughout the process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Become an expert in foundational HR system maintenance.
·Ideate and implement process improvement initiatives to improve data quality.
·Partner with a cross-functional team to implement highly impactful initiatives like the HCM transition, SAP implementation, mergers and acquisitions.
·Leverage problem solving skills and creative thinking to quickly execute against customer requests.

YOU MUST HAVE
·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
·3+ years of experience in data analysis or data quality management
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
