Data Integrations Lead/Architect – Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Design & Implementation:
  • Architect and implement integration solutions using Workato and other tools like Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue.
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation and establish best practices.
  • Create standardized integration patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Partner with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Development & Troubleshooting:
  • Utilize Python, SQL, and other programming languages to develop robust integration workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption.​

• Innovation & Growth:
  • Leverage knowledge of Java, Ruby, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS to enhance integration solutions.
  • Optimize system performance through advanced tuning techniques.
  • Contribute to the team’s growth by mentoring team members and taking on progressively challenging responsibilities.

• Process Automation & Delivery:
  • Implement test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Autosys.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver complex technology solutions to internal clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven expertise in integration tools, especially Workato, and other tools such as Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue.
• Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, and experience with Java or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, Kafka, and AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, Git, and Autosys.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of integration systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) principles.
• Background in performance tuning of large-scale integration systems.
• Familiarity with developing standards and best practices for integration patterns.
