What the role is
The role of Vice President - Wealth International Cluster Engagement Lead will be part of the AIM team based out of Chennai, India supporting the International Wealth - South Asia.
The Wealth International Cluster team supports in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Campaign management, Measurement & Optimization and Analytics for the country.
In this role, you would lead a highly talented team of analysts to build reporting, deliver Campaigns and Fulfilments and perform country specific analytics, monitor and track campaigns results and publish key business metrics and support optimization activities.
You would be responsible for understanding the business requirements for all three functions, provide best in class, data-driven solutions and ensuring that the partners objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner. You would be responsible for building and enabling a high performing team and managing all HR related interventions for them.

What you do
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners/key stakeholders.
• Act as the SPOC/ Key point of contact, addressing concerns, feedback, and requirements.
• Understand partner needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Delivery Management
• Manage Execution of Campaigns, Reporting and Analytics projects and ensuring timely delivery, with top quality.
• Review processes, identify risks, and take corrective and preventive actions when required.
Communication & Reporting
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and successes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for transparency and decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to enhance collaboration.
Strategy & Planning
• Develop engagement strategies to drive successful partnerships and project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.
• Align engagement efforts with business objectives and client expectations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor teams involved in engagement efforts.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Measure engagement success through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Gather feedback and implement improvements for better outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Must have 13+ years of work experience largely in the Campaigns, Analytics, BI/Reporting space.
Must have expertise working with SAS, SQL and Python.
Must have expertise working with Tableau and other visualization / reporting tools
Must have People management experience
Minimum of 8+ years of experience mentoring juniors and driving complex projects independently
