Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Big Data developers and architects to deliver high-quality projects for clients
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on the latest Big Data technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with other technical leads, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Big Data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and NoSQL databases
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale Big Data solutions
- Knowledge of cloud-based Big Data platforms, such as AWS and Azure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead the design and development of Big Data solutions for clients
- Manage the delivery of projects, including resource allocation and task assignments
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical guidance and recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their technical skills and grow their careers
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Big Data Professional (CBD) or similar certification is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with clients.
