We are seeking an innovative and proactive Data Engineer - AI Enablement to join our team, focusing on AI enablement and data infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI and machine learning initiatives across the organization.
 


About the Role:
In this opportunity as Data Engineer - AI enablement You will:


  • Design and develop robust data pipelines and architectures to support AI and machine learning enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand AI model requirements and optimize ETL data workflows.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for AI applications by performing regular audits and validations.
  • Conduct data exploration and analysis to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and improvements.
  • Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate AI models into production environments seamlessly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data engineering processes and AI model integrations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track AI model performance and data pipeline efficiency.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and AI, applying relevant advancements to ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data governance frameworks to support AI and machine learning projects.

About you:
You are fit for the role of Data Engineer - AI enablement If your background includes:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on supporting AI and machine learning projects, with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Requests, TensorFlow, Flask or FastAPI) and SQL, and experience with data processing framework.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their data services.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data pipeline design, ETL processes, and data architecture.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of data security measures and compliance with data protection regulations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is advantageous.
