Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. You will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. - Create and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow. - Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data across systems. - Ensure data quality and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation. - Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions. - Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for improved performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques. - Experience with data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink. - Strong understanding of distributed computing principles. - Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Experience with data streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
