3-5 years of experience in data-based & operations role
As a credentialing specialist, you must be able to carefully review documents and spot any errors or discrepancies. This attention to detail is critical in ensuring that only qualified and competent members are credentialed.
The role also involves maintaining a database of Credentials and renewal dates, confirming that the authenticity and validity is maintained. Should also be able to comprehend the compliance guidelines and support recredentialing.
Should be skilled enough to respond to queries, stay up-to-date on credentialing requirements, and facilitate communication to resolve compliance issues
Essential: Advanced Excel & Power BI
Knowledgeable in policies, laws and procedures.
Strong computer skills.
Proficiency in database management
Willingness to work as a team player.
Good organizational skills.
