Read on What youll do in the role: Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics and Reporting Specialist with a strong background in data modelling, analytics, and visualization using Snowflake and Power BI. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing and implementing enterprise-level reporting solutions, working with large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture & Management: Design, develop, and optimize complex data models in Snowflake to support reporting and analytics requirements. Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy across the organization's Snowflake data warehouse. Work with DBAs, data engineers, and ETL developers to manage and enhance data pipelines. Analytics & Reporting: Develop interactive and intuitive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI to support business objectives. Conduct advanced data analysis, including statistical modelling and predictive analytics, to uncover trends and insights. Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Collaboration & Consultation: Work closely with business stakeholders, understanding their reporting and analytics needs and ensuring those needs are met with custom solutions. Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate new data sources into Snowflake and develop data marts for analytics. Provide recommendations to improve processes, reporting frameworks, and dashboards based on best practices. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Snowflake queries and Power BI dashboards, optimizing for efficiency and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues in a timely manner. Documentation & Training: Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and dashboards. Provide training and support to junior analysts and business users on Power BI reporting tools and Snowflake data usage.
