Career CategoryCorporate ServicesJob DescriptionAmgen is seeking a dedicated Data Analytics Manager to join our new office in Hyderabad, India and reports into Senior Manager or Director, Transformation Management. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data driven decision making and form a single source of truth. The ideal candidate will work effectively across matrixed teams to understand data value chain, automate business processes, do statistical modeling and ensure strong data governance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, learning agility and the ability to deliver impactful business solutions are essential for driving successful outcomes with cross-functional teamsRoles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute a data analytics strategy aligned with business objectivesEstablish and implement data governance standards for collection, storage, and analysis to ensure data quality and reliabilityCommunicate effectively with stakeholders on data architecture and strategiesDrive data driven decisions and insights through dashboards and visualizationsIdentify opportunities to improve analytics processes and implement innovative solutions to maximize business valueSupport the design, development and implementation of business-critical projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of transformation plans and resolve any related issues to ensure smooth go live and outcomesMonitor and track transformation activities to ensure they align with scope, schedule, and budgetExposure to various AI and Analytics skill setTechnical Skills: Must Have Skills:Minimum bachelor's degree and 10+ Years of Directly Relevant Experience in Data Analytics and Transformation programsExpertise in Data architecture, governance, project management principles and documentationPrior experience in managing strategic transformation initiativesStrong business, analytical and problem solving acumenAbility to operate in an unstructured and start up environmentGood to Have Skills:Experience in multi-site project models and client communicationExperience in various data architectures and transformation exposure across the value chainSoft Skills: Must Have Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical skillsGood time management and organizational skillsExcellent managerial skillsProblem SolvingCollaboration skillsGood to Have Skills:Negotiation SkillsEducational Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science and/or business administration.ABOUT AMGENIf you feel like you are part of something bigger, it’s because you are.
