Job Title : Data Analytics Expert
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
Perform data cleansing and transformation to ensure data quality.
Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and process flows.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business Units , Group functions , Market) to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning, product development, and operational improvements.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Design and implement experiments (A/B testing) to optimize business processes and product features.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and data science.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
6-8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - preferred
Experience is Palantir foundry platform (Workshop , Quiver ,Contour ) - preferred
Medical Healthcare experience - Good to have
Technical & Soft Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
