Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and trends and provide deliverables in a digital presentation format (Word, PPT, Excel, other presentation formats)
- Assist the team with exploration of new and emerging ways to evaluate our statistics, data and trends.
- Contribute to Data & Digital Tools initiatives including assessing potential new tools and platforms to improve data collection and analysis.
- Provide support for Pro-Sapien tool including helping with testing when improvements are made.
- Work with the team to communicate and implement tools in line with the business and communications plan.
Preference for experience with the following:
- Computer proficiency with the Office 365 suite of services
- Advanced excel knowledge, working with data and databases, and data presentation formats.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities; and the ability to build and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Good to Have:
- Provide support for Pro-Sapien tool including helping with testing when improvements are made.
- Awareness of HSSE data including: TRIR, injury trends, leading and lagging indicators.
- PowerBI knowledge.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience with Excel and Office 365 tools.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
