Key Responsibilities :
Improve visibility for internal customer teams by creating accurate reports.
Help onboard customers with their unique data schemas and business needs to ensure seamless transitions and standardized solutions.
Interact with engineering workflows and customize solutions to meet customer requirements.
Play a pivotal role in onboarding customers and extracting data from platforms such as Banks, ERPs, and SaaS tools by standardizing the data.
Engage directly with customers to understand their data requirements, analyze their data, and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate and configure data workflows.
Qualifications & Skill Set Required:
1 - 2 years of experience in data analytics, supporting reconciliation and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Experience with Python/R/PySpark for data analysis and automation.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and executives to drive strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with compliance standards and legal processes (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
A foundational understanding of coding and data engineering tools to interact effectively with engineering teams.
