We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient and effective implementations.

We are looking for Data Analyst

• Have a good understanding of Power BI architecture, design, development, and end user experience
• Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Have a solid work experience in designing ETL logic using Power Query Editor (via GUI, M formula language and Python scripting) and deploy reports into workspace with data refresh schedules
• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models with sound knowledge in creating star schema and snowflake schema data models
• Expert in writing DAX queries for creating calculated fields, ability to optimize algorithms for achieving desired logic
• Ability to create highly visual, analytical dashboards using Power BI - work closely with customers to solicit and evaluate visualization requirements, recommend changes, create prototypes, demo prototypes, and implement as per the recorded requirements by following logically phased project approach
• Proficient working with Excel, Access database, SQL server & PowerPoint
• Proficient in SQL and Python language to build data pipelines and optimize the query for performance

You’d describe yourself as:

• Graduate (BE, B.Tech, MCA, and anything similar with Computer Science / Information Science) with more than 4 years of experience in Power BI and SQL programming
• Should be proficient to manage / manipulate / structure data using Access DB & SQL with knowledge on SSIS package (optional)
• Should be proficient to analyze business problems and decide / suggest an appropriate BI solution to the customer
• Should be energetic and knowledgeable to go beyond visualization of data and find ways to solve business problems making use of Python programming
• Have proven communication, analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
