We are looking for Data Analyst
• Power BI Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that meet the organization’s business needs.
• Optimize and manage the Power BI environment, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs.
• Data Analytics and Insights:
• Lead the analysis of large datasets, uncovering trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
• Conduct advanced data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis to provide strategic insights.
• Leadership and Mentorship:
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring best practices are followed in data analysis and reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on analytics and data visualization, guiding decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Data Governance and Quality:
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to maintain and improve data infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management based on analytical insights.
You’d describe yourself as:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 12+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting.
• Technical Skills:
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and custom visualizations.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience with other analytics tools such as Tableau, Python, R, or SAS is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for data storage and processing.
• Analytical Skills:
• Proven track record of analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Leadership Skills:
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts or BI developers.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
