Could you be the full-time Cybersecurity Change Management Coordinator in our dynamic Information Security and SecOps team we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your change management and cybersecurity expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll enhance the cybersecurity culture within Alstom, influencing behaviors to embed cybersecurity into our corporate ethos. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including GRC, SOC, IAM, Architecture, and regional communications teams), develop and implement change management strategies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing and leading cybersecurity awareness programs, but also engaging in activities such as phishing simulations and coordinating Cyber weeks or months.
We’ll look to you for:
Developing and executing change management strategies
Applying structured change management methodologies
Leading change management activities
Supporting communication efforts and managing key communications
Conducting impact analyses and assessing change readiness
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of change management activities
Collaborating with various departments for successful change initiative implementation

A master’s degree (MA/MSc) in Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent
Experience or understanding of change management in a highly international context
Knowledge of digitalization and general cybersecurity concepts and controls
Familiarity with collaborative tools, notably the O365 environment
A change management certification (desirable)
Fluency in English with an international mindset
Excellent writing, analytical, and presentation skills
