Job DescriptionThe candidate will be responsible for is responsible for selling automotive products and services over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a deep understanding of automotive products and services. The primary objective is to generate sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the BOSCH sales teamThe individual must possess the basic skills / abilities and demonstrate that she/he can perform the essential functions.Role/Responsibility· Contact potential and existing customers to promote automotive products and services.· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.· Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.· Handle inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently and professionally.· Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.· Address customer questions and concerns with accurate information.· Demonstrate the value and benefits of products to customers.· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.· Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.· Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner· Prepare and send quotes and invoices to customers.· Track and manage sales leads and opportunities.· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies.· Report on sales activities and performance using MS office toolsQualifications· Any Bachelor’s degree· Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.· Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirableSkills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Persuasive and able to overcome objections.


Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.


Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Good working knowledge in MS Office tools


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Spoken competency in English, Hindi


Full-time position with regular office hours; may require occasional weekend or evening shifts


Primarily office-based option only
