As a Customer Support Executive at Fashiana, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, managing queries through WhatsApp and phone calls. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth communication, handling non-delivery resolution (NDR) cases, and escalating issues when necessary. We’re looking for someone who can manage a range of tasks calmly and provide helpful, clear resolutions to our customers' inquiries.
