As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your passion for customer service will drive you to deliver outstanding experiences to our valued customers, building strong relationships and exceeding their expectations. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager/Supervisor and work out of our location in Bangalore.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on our customers' experience and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Your ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs will be crucial in delivering personalized and tailored experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Identify and escalate priority issues as neededYOU MUST HAVE

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Highly vibrant & positive
Flexible to night shifts, including weekends if required.

Preferred Stream :- B.com/ B.A/ B.Sc Graduates 2025 Passout with excellent communication skills.
Not applicable for B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or any other Engi branches
Academic Scores :- 60% throughout academics (no arrears/Backlog)
Nationality :- Indian Citizens only
Internship Duration :- 6 Months
Shift Timings :- 7 PM - 4 AM
Internship Stipend :- As per Company norms
Transportation will be provided with Minimal charge
