The Customer Success Advisor (CSA) plays a pivotal role in driving customer adoption of Autodesk solutions and ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI). The CSA works to achieve long-term success by executing various strategies that accelerate customer business goals and maximize adoption.


Responsibilities
  • Onboard and drive adoption of Autodesk solutions through proactive and reactive customer engagement
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • Suggest and implement process improvements that enhance renewals and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and feedback internally
  • Identify and document customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials
  • Support the closure of renewals together with reseller partners within an assigned territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer activation, onboarding, and usage issues and drive success motions
Minimum Qualifications
  • Post-graduate degree with 5+ years of experience in Customer Success
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to collaborate with internal account teams and Autodesk partners to execute strategic outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain close relationships with management sponsors in engaged accounts
  • Ability to work with Autodesk resellers and internal teams to deliver desired customer value
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring customer loyalty and driving process improvements
  • Experience in creating account plans and supporting sales teams to pursue expansion opportunities
  • Proven ability to identify and document customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials
  • Experience supporting renewal closures and driving long-term customer value through strategic engagement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management
  • Experience collaborating with internal account teams and Autodesk partners for strategic outcomes
  • Ability to contribute to quarterly and annual planning meetings with account teams
  • Experience identifying risks and effectively communicating them to Renewal Executives and Partners
