What you’ll do-


  • Engage with strategic cloud customers / partners in the market space and provide support to the delivery ecosystem of SAP and our partners with technical and implementation expertise, knowledge enablement, implementation coaching, guidance and feedback. 
  • Manage a partner / customer dialogue, to ensure a swift move towards resolution of issues, using attributes such as customer empathy & customer-oriented mindset
  • Accompany cloud customers and partners with their implementation projects from launch until go-live to contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP cloud products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders in your region and globally: Strategic Customers, Partners, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Services, Engagement Executives, Customer Officers and Sales.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs and requirements of customers and partners and recommend improvements to our internal stakeholders regarding the product for future releases.
  • Explore new and upcoming SAP cloud solutions and scenarios, anticipating any need for engagement and support in upcoming implementation projects.

What you bring-


  • Experienced in one or more areas of consulting, product management & development.
  • Should have a good understanding of cloud technologies, architecture, and applications.
  • Experience in customer / partner / stakeholder management is desirable.
  • Experience in at least one module of SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
  • Experience developing solutions with SAP Business Technology Platform, ideally in combination with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform across multiple practice areas (Data and Analytics, App Dev and Automation, Integration, Artificial Intelligence/Intelligent Technologies) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP IES scenario Recruit-to-Retire.
  • Knowledge of integration, middleware concepts and technologies like Cloud Integration, SAP Build, API Management, Business Process Flow, Mapping, etc. is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business AI functionality in SAP products is desirable.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.

Regional Implementation Group (RIG) team was set up in SAP Labs Bangalore, to support our customers and partners, in the successful implementation of SF modules. This team now has evolved into a global team of experienced experts driving IES adoption at strategic customers. The RIG team acts as a hub between customers, implementation projects, partners and internal organizations such as product management, engineering, professional services, customer support & MCC to ensure a smooth go-live with minimal escalations. This team also contributes to enablement of our partners for implementation projects, leading to improved traction & success of our customers & our IES scenarios. 
RIG acts as advisor, collaborates with account teams to help create successful go lives & early customer references. It gives direct and early feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Operations, help to prevent critical situations and customer escalations & drive smooth product implementation and success in the market. RIG establishes and maintains close working relationships with especially customers, solution and product managers, development, support, consulting, sales & partners.
