This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be in based in Bangalore, India.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Manage complex customer orders from order entry to product delivery to attain customer satisfaction
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the organization and provide peer support
  • Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support complex customer requirements and situations

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 yrs to 5yrs of Customer service experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and SAP skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
