Job Details:

5-day workweek with 2 rotational weeks off

📍 Locations: Malad,Andheri, Thane,Chandivali and Navi Mumbai

💸Salary: 18000 - 42000 Per month

• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer issues and concerns
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional support
• Maintain a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with teams to resolve customer-related concerns
