Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat support to resolve queries effectively.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Promote products and services while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Adapt to dynamic work environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and suggestions for service improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools.
