Your role:
1. Within the designated area perform installation, configuration, repairs, and training on assigned hardware and software products (Automation and Clinical Chemistry/Immunoassay)
2. Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets.
3. Work with local Customer Service team to delight Customers.
4. Report all activities into the ERP system in order to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.
5. Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.
Your expertise:
1. Degree in Electronic or biomedical engineering or equivalent working experience in customer service environments ( In Vitro ).
2. Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across west region as needed.
3. Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives.
4. Communication skills – make complex issues easy to understand.
5. Fluent in English (written and verbally).
