Overview


Customer Service Executive plays a vital role in the successful working of an organization. A person in this profile analyses customer orders and reporting of the Open Orders and updates from plants and operations team to the business and management. Good communication, interpersonal skills and analytical mindset are the key priorities to apply for the profile.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with Cross functional team to understand stock availability and calculate OTIF (On Time in Full Target)
  • Analyze customer behavior, patterns, past trends, material availability, comparative study of plants’ material readiness and dispatch plans.
  • Developing dash boards as per business needs.
  • Data Analytics to support make business decision.
  • Develop management information system with objective to update all stake holders with real time relevant information.
  • Inventory Management - FIFO, Excess Inventory and Support Business and Operations managing especially on Slow Moving and Non-moving.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:


Graduation in any discipline with professional experience in an analytical role.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:


With about 3 to 6 years’ experience in data analysis / big data / Analyst environment.


COMPETENCIES:


               Behavioral


    • Creative problem-solving ability & High level of self-motivation.
    • Personality with strong written & verbal in English communication.
    • Time management and ability work office hours smartly.
    • Team worker with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and supervisor.
    • Advance knowledge of MS Excel.
    • Quick learning capability of management requirement.

Qualifications

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:


Graduation in any discipline with professional experience in an analytical role.



Additional Information

We are looking for candidate with Good communication Skills & having good exposure in Excel- V lookup, H lookup & Pivot Table.
