We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   The customer relationship executive role and responsibilities includes as below.Serve as the first point of contact for residents' technical and operational issuesManage and prioritize incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systemsTroubleshoot and resolve common residential technology issues (e.g., Wi-Fi, smart home devices, access control systems)Assist residents with setting up and using property-specific apps or portalsProvide guidance on using amenities and facilities within the residential complexExploring revenue generation methods for the societyMaintain the tenant, owner, parking database of the society.Coordinate with maintenance teams for hardware-related issues or on-site supportMaintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for quick referenceEscalate complex issues to appropriate departments or specialistsTrack and document all support interactions and their resolutionsAnalyze support trends to identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measuresAssist with resident onboarding, including explaining technology features of the propertyProvide support for digital services such as online rent payment systems or maintenance request portalsConduct regular system checks to ensure all resident-facing technologies are functioning properlyCollaborate with property management to address systemic issues affecting multiple residentsAssist in creating and updating user guides and FAQs for residentsProvide basic cybersecurity advice to residents to ensure safe use of property networksCoordinate with internet service providers for connectivity issuesHelp residents with smart home device integration and troubleshootingManage and update resident contact information in the property management systemConduct satisfaction surveys after resolving issues to ensure quality serviceStay updated on new technologies implemented in the residential siteAssist in training residents on new systems or features introduced to the propertyParticipate in after-hours on-call rotations for emergency supportThis role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.Location: On-site –New Delhi, DLIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!JLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
