Responsibilities


ØSupport Tender manager during Bidding Stage giving input related to PM cost etc.


ØInvolve in contract evaluation along with tender manager and other stack holder.


ØTaking over of project from Tender manager with all clarification.


ØRe- evaluation of Scope, Time , Cost & Risk and prepare R1 – Estimation (in the event of negative margin variation, need to obtain revised management approval as per DOA)


ØPreparation of Project Charter highlighting high-level Scope, Timeline, Budget, Project Organization, Communication protocol, Procurement plan, Risk & stack holder and get the approval from management to proceed.


ØArrange internal Kick Off Meeting with all stack holder to appraise about the project and to distribute the responsibility. RACI Matrix prepared.


ØAttend customer Kick Off Meeting apprising about project management process, Organization, communication protocol, project schedule, list of deliverables as well as provide list for required design inputs and scope clarification if required.


ØBased on the input from all internal & External stack holder, Detailed Project Management Plan & Project Report is prepared which is consist of followings


1.Prepared detail BOM of the project based on revised understanding of scope.


2.Prepared L3 Schedule of the project and monitor the same throughout the project


3.Finalized R1 – Estimation and prepared BDR for monitoring the same


4.Prepared Supply and Filed Quality plan submitted customer for approval


5.Prepared project EHS Plan and submitted customer for Approval


6.Prepared detailed Manpower planning and monitor the same throughout the project


7.Finalized communication protocol


8.Prepared detailed list Engineering deliverables and monitor the same throughout the project


9.Prepared detailed Procurement Plan & Schedule and monitor the same throughout the project


10.Prepared Detailed Execution Plan & Schedule and monitor the same throughout the project


11.Prepared Milestone Trend Analysis for tracking of the project


12.Prepared invoicing/ Sales Plan for the project and monitor the same throughout the project


13.Prepared Cash Plan for the project and monitor the same throughout the project


14.Prepared detailed Risk & Opportunity Register and maintain the same through -out the project


15.Initiate Issue LOG Register and maintain the same through -out the project


16.Initiate Hindrance Register and maintain the same through -out the project


ØEnsure completion of all contractual obligation within Time & Budget to maintain profitability and cash flow.


ØEnsure periodical review of the project with all internal stack holder for smooth functioning of the project.


ØAttend periodical review with Management to appraise about the status as well as communicate the concern of the project.


ØAttend periodical review with customer to appraise about the status as well as communicate the concern.


ØEnsure timely submission of project report to management as well as customer highlighting all Status & achievement as well as area of concern of the project.


ØEnsure compliance to the Process, Guidelines of the organization


ØManage change order/Extra Claim is any.


ØEnsure customer satisfaction and achieve desired CNPS (Customer Net Promoter Score)
