Your Role and Responsibilities
You’ll serve as a leader in defining solutions and driving adoption of our offerings for clients. You’ll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.
You’ll collaborate with client stakeholders and internal partners to understand the business problem and requirements, constraints of the system to facilitate, iterate and document the design and adoption of Digital Labor Solutions.
Your primary responsibilities include:
You will act as a trusted advisor across the lab and will own and execute the delivery of integrated Digital Labor solutions that meet the customer’s business needs.
Collaborate with members of the client and IBMers team to define and execute proofs of concept and minimum viable solutions.
Propose and drive a larger agenda for the potential opportunities for IBM in the AI space.
Interact with clients to understand their AI requirements, strategies the solutions and guide them how we can help them to transform their processes using the IBM AI and automation technologies.
Guide data science and development teams to develop POCs to validate and showcase the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed AI solutions. Evaluate and iterate on POCs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
Propose design and architecture for the AI solution along with the implementation details.
Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, foundation models, and large language models. Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to assess their potential impact on solution design and implementation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
20+ years of experience successfully working within large organization, collaboratively to translate business goals into technical solutions and advising teams on optimal technology strategies to achieve business results.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven record of influencing consensus across diverse groups of senior stakeholders within enterprises.
Should have knowledge of the key IBM AI/Automation products such as Watsonx Assistant, Watsonx Orchestrate, Business Automation Workflow, etc.
Should have knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms..
Should have knowledge on foundation models, large language models.
Should have knowledge of various cloud platforms (e.g. IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
Should be able to follow the Agile methodology working with various teams.

Should have an experience in setting up new agenda for upcoming technology areas.
Should have a good experience in client interactions and understanding their requirements.
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders to clearly articulate the technical requirements and communicate the same to the development teams.
Should be able to learn continuously and stay updated with advancements in the field of AI.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Depth and breadth of knowledge regarding the Data & AI, Business Automation/Integration market in order to consult and advise, and quickly grow your reputation as your clients’ credible, trusted advisor. *
Strong communications skills experience
Industrial experience preferable HR and Finance sectors.
Technical sales/presales experience• Contributions in scientific publications, patents or open-source communities.
Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.
