About You and This Role
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience for medium to large-sized customers. This includes new business development, time and territory management, utilizing sales tools and analytics, product knowledge, and relationship management. The role is geographically aligned by markets and product portfolio within the business, requiring a high degree of collaboration, communication, and cooperation.
Responsibilities
Manage account portfolio and prepare and implement sales plans.
Lead and coordinate customer relationships, understanding customer needs and identifying potential new clients.
Input information in CRM and SmartPrice, providing the required documentation aligned with Dow sales processes.
Manage Sales Contracts following Dow guidelines and legal requirements according to each region and country.
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to deliver business goals of volume and value.
Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plans.
Lead and conduct negotiations, implementing price changes and strategies.
Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver customer experience results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluency in English.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum five years’ experience in technical/sales/commercial related positions.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.
Strategic thinking and market intelligence gathering.
