The opportunity:Participate in all aspect of the implementation of Enterprise CIAM strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring they align with overall security and risk management objectivesAssist with the delivery of CIAM projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of qualityWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CIAM solutions are integrated with existing systems and processes.Perform security assessments and identify potential improvements.Participate in incident response and troubleshooting effortsTo stay aware of operational challenges and opportunities; works with support teams to provide internal escalation support as neededActively focus on self-development in creating actionable plans to improve.Assist in the evaluation of solutions and their feasibility to Customer-Facing Application owners in a variety of environments including backend (PHP, Java, .NET), and client-side (REST, JavaScript) while ensuring procedures, processes and documentation are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards, Demonstrate business awareness and understand the needs of the Application owners, and any other supporting IT Partner organization.Who you are:2 years of experience in administering and/or implementing CIAM or IAM solutions Experience in integrating with other solutions including APIsSomeone who wants to influence their own development, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a self-starter and embrace continuous improvement. Are execution-oriented with an agile mindset and looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related fieldKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practicesAbility to work independently and manage time effectively Excited to help our customers to improve their consumer journeysWhat you bring:Backend Development skills with at least one server platform such as .NET, Java, PHP.Front-end Development skills with at least one server platform such as HTML, CSS, REST, JavaScript and JS Libraries.SAP CDC (Gigya) Technical expertise.Experience in integration projects involving identity management aspects and web development and customer facing experience.Experience with SAML and OIDCUnderstanding of Identity and Access Management, and Customer Identity Management, Strong verbal and written English with excellent communication, negotiation and documentation skills.
