What you can expect
As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Automation Engineer, you will collect and analyze data to identify potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities. You also design and implement playbooks to enhance the efficiency of threat intelligence operations. You will collaborate with other security teams, including SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management to ensure cohesive threat management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Team
On this team, you'll utilize your privacy and security expertise to drive Zoom's privacy standards in engineering and products. You'll conduct source code and architecture reviews, lead privacy assessments for new features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and streamline privacy processes. Your role involves identifying and mitigating privacy concerns in AI-related features, defining privacy goals, and providing guidance to protect users' privacy. Additionally, you'll evaluate tools for privacy implementation, offer training, and mentor other team members in security and engineering roles.
What we’re looking for
Have a minimum 3 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, with a focus on automation
Experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIP) and security information and event management (SIEM) systems
Demonstrate Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Have hands-on experience with with SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) tools
Show familiarity with various cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001)
Have knowledge of cloud security principles and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Show understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity technologies
