Your Mission:

Your Role:

You will play a critical role in the global Talent, Inclusion and Employer Branding Team, partnering with the business and HR leaders to build and execute the content strategy and increase the visibility of the Aptiv Brand. You will play a dual role – on one hand supporting global team by leading social media activation, on the other hand coordinating regional efforts in APAC by driving all talent & inclusion initiatives. You will report to the Global Employer Branding Director to align on the strategy and you will be in constant contact with the APAC teams to tailor global campaigns to their regional needs.

Your Typical Day:

There are no strict rules here and we love that about this job. Some days you will focus on social amplification and employee advocacy program, while on others you will work on the video set telling our story with our most senior leaders. You own your daily schedule and how you are going to deliver on designated goals. Here are your key areas of responsibility:

Social Media Content Creation for Global Team

• Leading the development and execution of comprehensive social media campaigns addressing business needs
• Setting up paid campaigns
• Managing the content production process and ensuring brand consistency
• Leading efforts within Aptiv’ employee advocacy program
• Strategizing content distribution across multiple channels for maximum impact
• Contributing to the overall marketing strategy with insights from social media trends
• Building regular reports with business recommendations

Employer Branding for APAC Region

• Lead efforts to promote and embed our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• Work on continuous improvement of digital employer branding efforts across relevant platforms
• Capture and share regional stories from APAC to promote the region across global channels, ensuring alignment
• Launch compelling social media campaigns that support key regional hiring projects

Your Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in effective communications, within complex organizations
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Experience managing branding projects across multiple business disciplines
• Excellent project management skills combined with customer focus and delivery of results
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement
