We at LEAP are seeking a Creative Lead to manage creative projects at Leap. In this role, you'll oversee the creation of digital marketing assets for performance-driven campaigns and manage a small team. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative strategies and assets that drive growth for the brand.
The charter for this role will include:
Leading the creation of digital marketing assets, including video ads, static ads, and other content for performance campaigns
Managing a small team , guiding them to produce high-quality creative deliverables on time
Collaborating with marketing, tech, and product teams to ensure all creative projects are aligned with brand goals.
Overseeing the development of creative strategies for digital campaigns to drive measurable results
Ensuring all creative assets are optimized for digital platforms and tailored to specific campaign objectives
Coordinating stakeholder management and ensuring clear communication across teams to meet business goals
Ideal Persona would:
Have 3+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial capacity.
Demonstrate strong experience in leading the creation of marketing assets for digital campaigns, particularly performance-driven projects
Be comfortable managing a small team and providing mentorship to ensure creative excellence
Have a solid understanding of digital marketing campaigns, performance metrics, and how creative assets impact results
Excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders with varying needs
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and approach ambiguous situations with problem-solving skills
