CPQ Scrum Master
Job description:
Education: BE /Any Graduate
Primary Skills:
•Have minimum experience of playing a role of a Scrum Master for the last 3-5 years.
•Experience of facilitating stand ups, agile/scrum ceremonies, decision making, problem-solving & conflict resolution.
•Aware of agile engineering practices including CI/CD , DevOps Test Automation.
•Hands on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
•Responsible for the team to follow processes, establish and actively facilitate the cadence of all scrum ceremonies, and remove team impediments or escalate as per defined SLAs.
•Ability to partner with the product owner and manage backlog - backlog prioritization, backlog grooming, ready groomed stories.
•Responsible for Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, Sprint Dashboard, Burn down Charts, QA Metrics, Story Quality Metrics, Escalation Plan, Sprint Start and Closure activities, Team working Agreement, push for Automation, Story Estimation techniques (like planning poker), etc.
•Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating project issues and risks.
•Strong “hands-on” project management experience from inception to closure phases.
•Knowledge of engineering best practices (XP, Refactoring, Clean code patterns, CI/CD – DevOps, TDD/BDD/DDD, Trunk based development).
•Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
•Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
•Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
•Certified in SAFe or CSM or CSP.
•Extensive experience in software development and project management.
•Able to understand multi-tier architecture.
Secondary Skills:
•Experience in healthcare domains.
Good-to-have Skills: Experience with Configuration, Price and Quote functional knowledge in any one of these tools
