Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for advancing enterprise-wide adoption of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform with a focus on system stabilization to optimize the end-user experience. Position will serve as subject matter expert for advanced system configuration and design. Position will leverage existing enterprise Lean tools and industry best practices for system enhancements, process efficiencies, guided buying opportunities, and continuous improvement. This position will work to optimize the system with the end customer in mind to ensure Coupa is user friendly and seamlessly guides the user to the optimal user and/or buying channel.

The Coupa Optimization Managerwill also proactively develop automated system solutions to discover business opportunities, to provide actionable insights, to drive business results and system simplification, and to ensure the customer is successful.This role will support the process of identifying value and delivering incremental value for the company. The Coupa Optimization Managerwill project manage a cross-functional project to drive and deliver insights that will educate and influence business decisions by our Indirect Procurement Teams and internal customers procuring indirect goods and services.

Job Responsibilities:

·Subject matter expert for advanced Coupa application administration including global system configuration and design.

·Project manage a cross-functional project, test and implement new system enhancements with the end customer in mind to ensure Coupa has a robust user experience.

·Provide technical direction to team members and is a key contributor. Ability to solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult on Coupa projects.

·Identify areas for process improvement and utilize Lean tools to optimize current configuration and support opportunities to reduce complexity, compress cycle time and automate day to day business processes

·Ensuring continuous improvement through process optimization, guided buying opportunities, and Lean principles.

·Keep customers at the heart of all you do through actively listening to end users’ feedback and enhancement ideas

·Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions

·Participate in best practice sharing sessions with other Coupa customers to identify areas of opportunity

·Actively engage with the Coupa Community to stay up to date with existing Coupa features, capabilities, and system limitations

·Be a champion to expand the utilization of Coupa throughout the enterprise and effectively communicate the value of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform

·Continuously strive to include and uplift all team members, stakeholders, and end users.

·Participate in the identification, implementation and adoption of emerging technologies in the field of Advanced Analytics

·Develop Key Performance Predictors (KPP’s) within Coupa that tell a data-driven story through prescriptive insights

·Support the streamlining and automation of ad-hoc and standardized analytics and insights

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree – business, supply chain, engineering, finance or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain, business or similar field preferred
• Advanced Coupa knowledge with a desire to continuously learn about system features and functionality
• Customer Service Focused
• Strong Project Management Experience: Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities.
• Lean experience with emphasis on standard work, managing for daily improvement problem solving
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, all functional areas
• Ability to work in a global remote environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Collaboration skills
• Previous experience in developing standard processes and tools
• Advanced BOS Leadership and Operational Excellence Execution skills
• Advanced Information System Knowledge
• Intermediate Finance, Economics and/or Supply Chain Knowledge
• Passion for problem solving and discovering new trends in a fast-paced environment
