What this job involves:
Following our global success with Nas Company, we are looking for a Country Manager to lead our expansion into the India market. The Country Manager will act as the local CEO of Nas Daily in India. You will spearhead our business development efforts, manage client relationships, and oversee local operations. Ideally, you are a media and content expert with a strong marketing background, a proven track record in sales and deal-making, and deep connections within the local industry.- Lead the development and execution of a growth strategy for the local market.
- Identify, pitch, and sign new clients to Nas Daily, including brands, agencies, and organizations.
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary representative of Nas Daily in the local market, promoting the company’s vision and services.
- Report on local market trends, opportunities, and challenges to the global leadership team.
Requirements:- Proven expertise in media, content creation, and marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing budgets and resource allocation.
- Extensive experience working with clients, including pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Previous experience in an advertising agency or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Well-established connections in the local media, content, and marketing industry.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
