Develop the strategy roadmap for the assigned brands of the Oncology portfolio
Design and Drive brand plan to ensure operationalization of strategies
Leverage analytics to assess current & future business trends & deploy plan to accelerate business growth & mitigate risks
Financial accountability of brands in the portfolio – revenue, promotional budgets and profitability
Operational
Define the implementation plan for the brand strategies & monitor the SLA’s with various stakeholders- both internal and external
Design creative marketing and promotional campaigns and cascade it to the desired customer by providing appropriate training to the sales force in order to maximize impact of marketing activities and return on investment
Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brand
Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives
Periodically plan and utilize Marketing budget by allocating resources for required products with the objective of maximizing return on marketing expenditure
To provide timely and pertinent inputs to the Sales team in order to maintain / improve health of the brand with the objective of achieving market share, sales and profits in line with specified objectives
Develop and sustain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders
Undertake regular Field visits to understand implementation of marketing plans and obtain customer insight
Compliance
Ensure compliance to the processes & conformity to the Pfizer policies in execution of brand Strategies
Work in collaboration with the Medical & Marketing team to validate the content developed
Run periodic risk assessment checks & define a mitigation plan for the programs / campaigns being implemented
Adhere to the guidelines laid down by the Regulators while designing the brand campaigns
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
MBA Marketing
2 - 4 years of total experience in Brand/Product management, preferably in Oncology or other specialized innovative therapy area
Relevant Experience
Good understanding of Indian Healthcare market/pharmaceutical industry
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Ability to develop and execute structured project plans
Requirement for compliance to highest ethical standards
Sound understanding of multi-channel marketing and stakeholder engagement
