Your future role

You'll lead and manage all costing and pricing aspects of a tender, collaborating closely with teams across the business (Finance Tender Managers, Project Planning Managers, Bid Technical Managers), driving cost estimation activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing quick costing during pre-tendering phases, defining cost structures, and leading cost improvement actions, but also supporting the Project team on costing for variation orders.
We’ll look to you for:
Preparation of accurate and timely costing and pricing deliverables
Effective cost consolidation and challenge during the tendering process
Collaborative work with Finance Tender Manager to optimize financial costs
Cost estimation and improvement actions using competitiveness levers
Supporting bid and project teams on cost-related aspects
Ensuring the reliability of cost commitments from Tender Transfer Meeting to Critical Project Review

Degree in Engineering and/or Business School
Experience or understanding of industry practices, preferably in Railway
Knowledge of costing, value analysis, and cost models
Familiarity with financial rules and contractual aspects
A Certified Cost Professional certification is desirable.
Fluency in English and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and networking abilities
