Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller & Income Auditor to join our finance team in Gandhinagar, India. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial data, ensuring food cost efficiency, and conducting income audits to maintain the financial integrity of our organization.


  • Develop and implement food cost control measures to optimize financial performance
  • Conduct regular income audits to verify revenue accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management decision-making
  • Monitor budget variances and investigate significant deviations
  • Identify food cost-saving opportunities and propose process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Participate in forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in cost control, income auditing, or related financial roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry financial operations preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
