SCM Governance &
Sustainability: -
As an SCM Specialist in Sustainability and
Governance you would design and implement strategies, methods, processes and
systems to contribute to development and improvement of relevant BU /
Workstream
Data Analytics –
Developing and publishing a basic dashboard
using Power BI.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance
indicators to assess business performance.
Annual Planning & Controlling in
coordination with HQ colleagues.
Generating MIS reports utilizing tools such as PUMA,
SCM Core, PTE, and e-sourcing.

Description
Data Analytics –
- Developing and
publishing a basic dashboard using Power BI.
- Monitoring and reporting
on key performance indicators to assess business performance.
- Annual Planning &
Controlling in coordination with HQ colleagues.
- Generating MIS reports
utilizing tools such as PUMA, SCM Core, PTE, and e-sourcing.
SCM Governance: -
- Definition of an
efficient and clear framework of rules and regulations for guarding our company
against legal and corporate risks in close collaboration with business and
stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to
procurement circulars and standards and support in issuing guidance notes,
working instructions as required
- Regular monitoring
through a set of balanced controls such as the Risk and Internal Control
System, continuous controls monitoring (CCM) and individual audits conducted by
CF A
- Ensuring continuous
awareness of correct purchasing throughout the business units by providing
guidance's and trainings
- Familiar with
requirement of Code of conduct and explain requirements of Code of Conduct to
Suppliers
- Deep understanding of
SCM Methods, Processes and Applications
- Support and lead ad hoc
management topics wherever required
Sustainability:-
- Develops, promotes, and
implements Sustainability in the Supply Chain strategy and respective
methodologies and monitor their effectiveness
- Advise management on
sustainability aspects with respect to relevant ratings, data capturing,
measures, programs, etc.
- Research, analyze and
evaluate sustainability related data and summarize findings for all concerned
stakeholders to draw management attention for decision making
- Derives
target-orientated measures and work with business units to reduce carbon
footprint
- Complete ownership and
responsibility for SCM Business Responsibility Sustainability Reporting (BRSR)
- Define and establish
sustainable processes wherever applicable to meet regulatory mandate
- Summarize and monitor
progress on SCM Sustainability measures/target for Management, e.g. External
Sustainability (ESA) Target
- Deepening relationships
with our supply chain partners/business units and working together to implement
Third Party Sustainability Strategies
- Conduct Sustainability
trainings, workshops, roadshows, etc. internally for SCM colleagues as well for
external suppliers where applicable
- Represent Siemens at SCM
Sustainability Industry conferences
- Act as one point of
contact and expert for all SCM Sustainability related
topics
- Challenge suppliers
against typical objections
- Support and lead ad hoc
management topics wherever required

You are an Engineer (B.E/B.Tech). You bring 10+ years of experience in Procurement Governance
and Sustainability including Data Analytics and Management. You have a digital
attitude, have phenomenal communication skills, grounded, visible, hardworking
and have a vibrant personality & friendly attitude, Positive, inspiring and
motivating person with passion and drive
