Corporate Credit Card Knowledge: Understanding of corporate lo processes, including transaction approval flows, cardholder limits, and how transactions are categorized.
Able to understand company-specific corporate credit card policies and the ability to guide card holders based on those.
Has knowledge and experience in payments handling for corporate credit cards
Basic Financial Knowledge,understanding of credit card billing, statements, and transactions, including terms like charge backs. Experience with Citi bank application will be an advantage.
Able to work with customers internal.
Time Management: Prioritizing tickets based on urgency and importance.
Expense Reporting Guiding employees on how to classify their travel and other corporate expenses through Travel platform.
Ensuring that all tickets are handled within the specified time frames to meet company SLAs.
Expertise in Ticketing system, experience with ticketing software like Service Now, or other customer support platforms.
Good Communication and presentation Skill

Experience : 1 or 2 years
Mandatory/requires Skills : Basic Accounting Knowledge, Handling Corporate Credit Card
Preferred Skills : Handling the customer Quires, handling ticketing tool.
