ABOUT THE TEAM:This position will work with our Client Engagement organization to manage and execute the strategies, development, and implementation of impactful and effective change management and communications.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Writes copy for the publication of various materials, e.g., news releases, management briefs, critical issue bulletins, employee bulletins, articles, speeches, slide presentation scripts, marketing brochures, documentation, newsletters, personnel policies/procedures, personnel/management manual updates) as necessary.Determines the need for and content of graphics to explain and enhance written materials and edits materials for content, grammar, format, etc.Gains approval on materials from appropriate personnel, reviews a final copy of materials to ensure correctness and readiness for production and arranges for production, duplication, and distribution of materials.Coordinates projects by determining project scope, deadlines, and resources. Contacts outside vendors, e.g., design firms, advertising agencies, and freelance writers to develop design/concept of communications materials and/or prepare materials for publication.Meets with internal and external customers requesting publication to gather information, e.g., purpose/message of materials, method of communications, and tone/image of materials, and make recommendations on the organization, style, etc. of materials.Performs communications-related support activities. Assists in developing objectives, standards, procedures, etc. for various publications and events, e.g., company magazines, trade shows, and newsletters. Conducts surveys to obtain feedback from employees regarding company publications. Maintains history files of company publications, product releases, etc. Provides general information to employees and/or outside organizations regarding the company, policies and communications-related activities and events. WHAT YOU BRING:4 to 8 Years of Banking Solutions Products that utilize Client Portal as their distribution channel and leverage the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) team. Will also be responsible for reviewing, editing, and internally distributing RCAs (root cause analysis)Incident Management experience.Strong in written/verbal English due to the time sensitive, client facing nature of the role.Workfront administration and dashboard experience.Willing to work in 24/7 shift and at times weekend on call support.Analytical/critical thinking skills: Urgent communications are time sensitive, can be complicated, work with multiple stakeholders and executives.Work with authority: We have created a best practice with internal SLAs.
