We are looking for ambitious and career oriented graduates with good analytical skills and conversant with accountancy concepts & numbers. Individuals having knowledge or hands on experience with Corporate actions SWIFTs will be an added advantage.

What you will be responsible for

As an Associate, you will

• Analyze and Research Corporate actions across the globe.
• Build expertise on various types of Corporate actions in the market.
• Be conversant with various tools like BBG, DTCC etc. to verify details.
• Interpret SWIFTs from various Custodian and decode the information.
• Account transactions for respective allotted clients and reconciling entitlements.
• Perform necessary reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Be a team player and work in co-ordination with fellow team members.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate, MBA will be added advantage.
• 1-4 years of experience
• Good with numbers and calculations.
• Excel savvy with knowledge of basic functions.
