- Role Summary & Description:
- Global Credit Finance Technology (GCF) India is looking for a seasoned professional for the role of Strategy and Planning lead for the function in India. This role will work closely with Global Technology head for GCF and India Delivery head for Corporate functions to define and execute the strategy, budgeting, vendor management and end to end Program management function.
- The role will cover GCF initially and then expand to overall Corporate functions including GCF , Treasury and Finance Compliance teams.
- We are looking for a seasoned professional with minimum 15 years of experience with part of experience in management consulting or similar role preferably covering financial services with Bachelor’s degree in technology and MBA from premier Institute.
Core/Must have skills :
- Good Experience in Technology strategy, program execution and related topics such and workforce, talent, capability and global delivery models
- Very strong team player with good collaboration skills helping the teams to come together and achieve common goals.
- Ability to create executive-level presentations with experienced in written communications for executive reviews.
- Help to create, manage and track project budgets
- Help in driving review and Steering committee meetings with Executive leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate strategic mindset by analyzing data and presenting it a manner that satisfies needs of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management.
- Handling own set of deliverables with additional ability to manage small team of individual contributors and large stakeholder base regionally and globally
- Experience in managing strategy and program office of CIO is a plus
- Proficient in independently defining and implementing strategy with mastery of both written and oral communication and be able to negotiate and handle difficult situations effectively
- Must be analytical in problem-solving and decision-making and be comfortable in defining and implementing data driven decision-making processes
- Overcomes obstacles by self-identifying alternatives, developing useful multiple alternative solutions concurrently, and converging on a selected alternative once obstacle has been cleared
- Drive and assist to successfully plan, manage and execute the priorities and a variety of initiatives defined for the business unit
- Strong analytical background, with a keen inclination to solve problems. Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, tableau, SharePoint)
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal. Very good presentation skills.
- Ability to focus on multiple, time-sensitive activities without compromising the quality of work
Good to have skills
- Knowledge of Industry standard workforce models and understanding of operating model for large organizations
- Management of large scale transformation programs and organization wide initiatives
- Work Schedule : 12pm IST to 9pm IST
- Hybrid as per current guidelines : 4 days in office
