About the Team
As part of our team, you will manage the operational process for your own portfolio of academic books and journals whilst collaborating with other teams. You will be a member of a collaborative and inclusive team that encourages autonomy and personal development, whilst working together to achieve our department objectives and key results. You will contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practice.
About the Role
In this role you will deliver a valuable service to our team by handling various tasks like protecting copyrighted materials and may be involved in exploiting copyrights owned by the company ,Obtains licenses (i.e., the right to copy and distribute copyrighted material) from copyright owners.
Responsibilities
Protecting copyrighted materials and may be involved in exploiting copyrights owned by the company
Obtaining licenses (i.e., the right to copy and distribute copyrighted material) from copyright owners and ensures the correct payment of royalties to copyright owners
Overseeing the maintenance of rights management system and enters contract and status information General Profile Performs a variety of complex tasks
Works autonomously within established procedures and practices may act as a lead, coordinating the work of others
Requirements
Have great organizational and prioritising skills and be able to provide timely and consistent support to teams with 2-3 years of experience and holds a graduate degree
Have excellent coordination and time management skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate an eye for detail
Be data literate and have an analytical mindset with skills to manage data and derive insights.
Have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systems
